About me:

I'm Linh Nguyen

My journey started in learning design, where I spent years figuring out how people absorb, retain, and use new information. Design thinking wasn't a buzzword—it was my daily work. Map the learner. Find the pain point. Test, iterate, improve.

Somewhere between storyboarding lessons and mapping user journeys, I noticed something: teaching someone and guiding someone through a product aren't so different. Both demand empathy, clarity, and an obsession with "Will they actually get this?".

That realization deepened when I became a product owner for a coaching booking platform and card assortment system. Suddenly, I wasn't just designing learning paths—I was shaping how real users discovered, decided, and acted. I saw how a single interaction could confuse or convert, how the right flow could educate without a single word of instruction.

Now, I design digital products as well as learning design with specialties: It's business acumen from years of reading market insights, a passion for products that genuinely improve lives, and the patience to educate users through design itself—no manual required.

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, I'm fond of working with teams who want products that don't just function—they transform how people work, learn, and grow.
